FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100 shipped within the continental United States of America.  This only applies to USPS or UPS regular mail and NOT express mail service.
For security reasons, customers must sign for the receipt of all parcels. If you will not be at home during normal delivery hours, please provide a secure delivery address where someone will sign for your parcel.
 
Expedited Shipping
To ensure timely delivery of expedited purchases, orders must be received by 1 PM EST to be shipped the same day. Processing and shipping time does not include weekends.  Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM EST and those placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
 
International Shipping

It is important to burn the candle until you achieve a full melt pool of wax when you burn your candle for the first time. The wax will be melted completely to the sides of the container. Never leave a lit candle unattended. This could be a fire risk. Always place your candle on a level, heat resistant, non-flammable surface away from fabric or drapes. Choose an area free from drafts to avoid uneven burning. Do not place your candle on a marble or glass surface. If the bottom of the hot candle glass comes in contact with a cold material, the glass may crack.

How do you trim your wick?

Before lighting your Balmori Balmori candle, trim the wick to 1/4-inch length. By shortening the wick you allow it to burn more slowly and also avoid unsightly black smoke marks around the edge of the glass.

What is the burn time?

The first time you burn your Balmori Balmori candle, allow it to burn for at least two hours, until the whole top is liquid with wax. This will help your candle burn more evenly the next time.
• Standard Candle: May burn up to 80 hours.
• Small Candle: May burn up to 30 hours.
•Large Indoor/Outdoor Candle: May burn up to 150 hours.
